Return Policy

1. Return Period

You can return products within 5 Days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
– Customized Products: Products made to your specifications.
– Perishable Goods: Products with a limited shelf life (e.g., food items, plants).

4. Refund Process for Returns
